Your workout log stays with you

Guest workouts and preferences are saved in this browser on this device. You can log without an account. Clearing browser data or using private browsing can remove that history. Export a CSV from Settings when you want a copy.

Photos and optional AI

Manual entry always works without a photo. When you choose AI scanning, the app asks for your agreement before uploading a resized image. The image is sent to Google through Vercel AI Gateway, or directly to Google Vertex AI when that provider is configured. The consent screen identifies the route being used.

Simple Lift removes location metadata during image preparation, processes the photo in memory, and does not save the photo to its database or storage. AI providers process the image under their own data policies. This notice describes Simple Lift’s storage behavior; it does not promise how long a provider retains its operational data. Keep other people and personal information out of the frame.

If scanning is unavailable, the app tells you and lets you enter the weight yourself. It does not queue photos for later upload.

Optional accounts

Simple Fast, Simple Lift, and Simple Train share one Simple account and membership. Registration and Stripe billing are managed through Simple Fast. Your membership and AI usage allowance apply across the apps. Each app keeps its own sign-in session and records.

Shared sign-in checks your signed-in Simple apps through browser redirects and creates a session for the app you open. It does not copy your password or an existing app’s session tokens to another app. Signing out of Simple revokes shared sessions; local copies remain on their devices.

Signing in is optional. When you sign in and use cloud synchronization, your account and workout data are stored with Supabase. The app keeps a local copy for offline use and syncs changes when connected. Guest data does not become an account backup until you sign in and synchronize it. Settings shows the account and connection status.

Social sign-in uses Auth0 and Supabase with Google or Microsoft when selected. These services handle the identity information needed to sign you in. Stripe processes membership payments; Simple Lift does not receive or store your payment card details.

No advertising trackers

Simple Lift does not include third-party advertising trackers. Vercel hosts the app and receives ordinary web requests. Hosting and service providers may retain operational information, such as IP addresses and request errors, to deliver and protect the service. Scan usage counts help enforce the available allowance.

Your controls

CSV export and data deletion are available without a paid plan. You can export your workout history from Settings, clear local workout data, or delete your synced Lift data through the account controls. Deleting Lift data keeps your Simple account, membership, and Fast records. Minimal deletion markers prevent old device copies from restoring deleted workouts; shared usage receipts preserve the current AI allowance. To delete your whole Simple account and cancel its membership, use the shared account controls in Simple Fast. Removing the app from your home screen may not clear browser storage; use the app’s local data controls or your browser’s site-data settings.
